About
Our main goal is to work with communities to plant public food forests, but we run several programs that further our mission from edible landscape design to classes to encouraging individuals to plant and share edible plants. A food forest is a group primarily of trees, shrubs, and perennials that work together and provide food to humans designed in such a way that provides food and habitat to pollinators and wildlife too. We operate a demonstration site, Prairie Ally, at 308 N Blue Mound Ave in Luverne, MN that is open to the public dawn to dusk daily.
