We’re always happy to tell you more about Northwest Iowa Community College and what makes us special. Although it is the smallest community college in the state, NCC proves that small is mighty. NCC is committed to: serving students; working with area businesses and industries; providing quality instruction; and letting students apply what they learn. Our faculty/student ratio is 13:1. You will know your instructors personally. Nearly 100% of our students get jobs. NCC is located in Sheldon, Iowa, the geographical center of its four-and-a-half county service area (Lyon, O’Brien, Osceola, Sioux and half of Cherokee).
