Stop by our meat market in Sibley, Iowa for retail meats and custom slaughtering services. Jake’s Meat Market has fresh meat available daily including, seasoned chops, beef, ham, pork, and other meats. All of our retail meats are vacuum-sealed and our dried beef is a favorite among locals.

We offer custom slaughtering and processing. We can arrange for pick up or drop off of the animal. Our professionals will handle all slaughtering and processing, as well as cutting and packaging. We offer processing for beef, pork, venison, and lamb. Everything is customized to your needs. You can depend on us for reasonable turn around times and we can get most beef products slaughtered and finished within two weeks. Pork products from slaughter to finish take about 7 to 10 days, and curing for pork products may take a couple of weeks.
