Jim and Deb have turned the business over to their sons, Trevor & Jeff, partners in the business. With Jeff's passing in an accident last year, Trevor and Jeff's wife, Latina, who has now joined the agency, continue with the insurance operation alongside Jim. In addition, long-term employees Jan Renneke and Bill Reum round out the team. Jim & Deb built a successful business much the same way they have built their lives together.
