SEVERE 0 WEATHER FREE STORM SPOTTING TRAINING Nobles County Emergency Management is happy to bring back Storm Spotter Training with the NWS out of Sioux Falls. March 26th @ 6:30 PM - Memorial Auditorium 714 13th Street, Worthington MN The Class is Free and open to the public. This 1.5 to 2 hour free course will cover storm structure, features to look for in severe storms, and how to report severe weather to the National Weather Service.
