01626971USDA-Farm Service Agency Notice of Availability Hog Barn Construction Draft Environmental Assessment U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency (FSA) announces they will be completing an Environmental Assess- ment for the construction and operation of a 3,080-head hog finishing confinement barn in the SW% of Section 22 in Indian Lake Township, Nobles County, MN. The primary objective of the activity is to construct the new hog confinement barn to finish 3,080 head of market hogs at a time continuously throughout the year. FSA is accepting comments on the potential effects of the proposed project on protected resources and the human en- vironment through September 3, 2018. Information regarding this project can be reviewed in person at the Nobles County FSA Office.
