The Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, was formed by a regional group of concerned citizens. It was organized and is operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. It is for the health and education of the people of Worthington and the surrounding area. It has the powers to receive funds and property of every kind and nature through purchase, conveyance, lease, gift, grant, bequest or otherwise.
