Nobles County Integration Collaborative Teacher Pathway Scholarships The goal of the scholarship is to increase the percentage of teachers of color in the Nobles County Integration Collaborative (NCIC) member school districts. We want to ensure that our students have access to teachers who are committed to providing high-quality and equitable education to all students. NCIC will be awarding up to five scholarships ($1,000+) to students enrolled or will enroll in the Fall 2020 in teacher preparation coursework at an accredited university or college.
