MURRAY COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER, in SLAYTON, MINNESOTA has the following position available: Human Resource Director Murray County Medical Center's Human Resource Director is responsible for all areas of the Human Resources Department and is part of the Executive Team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruiting, hiring, new hire orientation, employee relations and bargaining, personnel policies and procedures, performance management, compensation and benefits, workman's compensation, FMLA leaves, wellness program, personnel records, payroll administration, administrative responsibilities for Hospital Board meetings, and special projects as identified. This position works in conjunction with the County on some reporting and monthly billings. Requirements include a four-year degree or equivalent (10-15 years of HR experience) in business or related area. Five or more years of progressive experience in human resources. Experience in labor relations, public sector or health care human resources preferred.
